Challenge

Build an enduring brand presence in the highly cluttered Insurance space using one of Australia’s most recognisable actors.

What went on

Working with Sydney agencies Waterfront and DPS, we set about taking an alternative approach to promoting Funeral Insurance.  Gone was any sense of maudlin, replaced instead by a quirkier, more authentic tone. 

Erik Thomson – TV’s favourite dad in shows like Packed to the Rafters and 800 Words – brought the messages to life superbly (he really is a very good actor and a super bloke).
